It will be the first opportunity to watch the new-look Budowlani, who signed Polish national team setter Katarzyna Wenerska, brought veteran outside hitter Martyna Grajber-Nowakowska back to Poland and maintained Swiss opposite Maja Storck and libero Justyna Łysiak, while Kalisz added some international players to boost the core that earned promotion, such as Cuban opposite Yalain González, Serbian outside hitter Isidora Rodić and American outside hitter Jaidyn Blanchfield.semifinalist in the last three seasons, Bielsko-Biała want to start their campaign on the right foot and make a push to win their ninth overall title, and their first since 2009-2010. Estonian opposite Kertu Laak continues to lead the team, which made a couple of interesting offseason additions in setter Angelika Gajer and Dutch outside hitter Iris Vos. A TAURON Liga Kobiet champion in 1992-1993, Pałac are far removed from their days of glory and feature a roster entirely composed of Polish players, uniting names like experienced middle blocker Marta Pol and up-and-coming opposite Julia Hewelt, signed from LOTTO Chemik Police.
